Information about Christmas at AirsoftEire
This section is divided into two sections, Delivery & Opening Times and Product Information. If you are new to airsoft or are purchasing for someone else, please read the Product Information section below for information regarding what is included/not included with AEGs, warranty information etc.
Delivery & Opening Times
The last day for delivery in time for Christmas is Thursday the 21st of December.
Orders should be made on this date no later than 3pm to be sure of delivery.
However we still urge customers to order well ahead of this time due to the possibility of adverse weather conditions affecting deliveries.
Store Opening Times:
We are open as normal up to Christmas, Monday to Saturday, 11am-6pm. We will ALSO be open on Sunday 3rd, 10th and 17th, 12pm-4pm.
Please note the following dates:

Online Shipping Dates:
Orders made online over the Christmas period will cease shipping on the 22rd December.
Orders made online after this date will only ship out on Tuesday 2nd of January. Normal shipping resumes from this date.

Please note that no electric rifle includes a battery or charger unless specifically stated on the item page. Batteries and chargers are available from our Batteries & Chargers section and information about the battery required for a specific rifle is displayed at the bottom of the item's page.
Batteries and chargers that ARE included with rifles are considered free items and are not covered under any warranty. These are typically poor quality and we advise customers to purchase a higher quality battery and charger from our store to avoid disappointment.
Batteries & chargers included with rifles should not be left plugged in over night or over extended periods as the chargers do not automatically shut off when the battery is fully charged, resulting in possible damage to the battery. For CA Sportline models, charge time should not exceed 2.5 hours, for ASG/JG models, charge time should not exceed 4.5 hours.
G&G models that do include batteries and chargers have intelligent chargers that indicate when the battery is fully charged. Batteries should still be unplugged when the charger indicates a full charge.
Especially with more affordable rifles, we recommend testing all the included items before Christmas Day to ensure they operate correctly.
In regards gas powered pistols, low temperatures will severely affect the performance of these guns and gas rushing out of the barrel or the rear of the gun, or only 1-5 shots per fill of gas is not indicative of a fault.
They should only be used in temperatures above 10°C, preferably 20°C+ for optimum performance. Gas should also be charged into the pistol magazines upside down.
Please take it for granted that no gas, BBs, or any other accessories are included with any airsoft gun to avoid disappointment. All of these items are available in our online store.
We warrant all products for 28 days. We offer an extended 3 month warranty for any product from the following manufacturers:
Tokyo Marui, G&G, Classic Army, Airsoft Innovations, CYMA, King Arms, KJ Works, Klarus, KSC, Marushin, Maruzen, Socom Gear, Pantac and Tanaka.
Our warranty system works in the following way: Repair >>> Replacement >>> Refund
If you have a problem with your product, we will repair it free of charge within the warranty period. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. If we do not have a replacement, we will refund you.
Note we do not warrant magazine gas leaks from any manufacturer as we have no control over the condition of magazine seals due to storage times abroad. We can provide assistance as to how gas leaks are repaired.
We also do not warrant damaged batteries or chargers that are charged/used incorrectly.
Please also note that all airsoft guns, regardless of price, can have small, easily fixed niggles, even out of the box. Please read through the troubleshooting guide included with your product or give us a call to get it sorted. Typically non functioning AEGs have blown fuses, uncharged batteries connected, a loose battery connection or the motor contacts have popped loose from the motor. All these issues can happen in normal use, during shipping etc.
We do not refund return postage for items that need to be returned. However we do cover the Next Day Delivery to have the repaired/replaced item sent back to you.
