This slightly updated LVOA for September 2016 now sports a flat-faced trigger.
The KRYTAC LVOA-S, officially licensed by War Sport Industries LLC, is the pinnacle in M4 rifle design.
The unique hand guard provides the user with tactical flexibility and numerous customization options.
The outer barrel length on this S model is 16" with a 395mm inner barrel length. Inner diameter is 6.05mm and the overall hand guard length is still a huge 16".
Aluminum alloy receivers feature authentic War Sport Industries and LVOA markings.
The War Sport Top Hat flash hider completes the authentic look and sits flush with the end of the rail. Additional features include the KRYTAC Trident pistol grip and KRYTAC battery stock.
The fire selector is ambidextrous and the locking bolt plate provides easy access to the KRYTAC rotary hop-up.
The KRYTAC LVOA-S is the only officially licensed LVOA AEG by War Sport Industries LLC and is faithfully designed to be the ultimate field rifle.
Internally, the KRYTAC LVOA-S features a reinforced 8mm ball bearing gearbox with integrated MOSFET to regulate electronic signals and to protect the trigger contacts. The corners of the gearbox that surround the cylinder feature a smooth radius, as opposed to a 90° angle, to prevent fracture.
Also, the gearbox shell features a small window on the left side where lubrication can be applied directly to the gears or piston, this window is also convenient for inspecting the angle of engagement with the gearbox fully assembled.
Additional gearbox features include a modular spring guide system that will allow the spring to be changed without completely disassembling the gearbox. The KRYTAC piston is made of a durable, lightweight, polymer and features 4 metal teeth, with the 2nd to last tooth absent.
The cylinder head is padded with an enlarged rubber bumper to optimize the angle of engagement and to absorb energy form the impact of the piston assembly. The material for the gears have been especially formulated to be very strong, Rockwell test figures on the KRYTAC gears are much higher than industry norms.
The package includes a front and rear sight, as well as a 4" 20mm rail for attaching to the handguard.
The handguard features three prongs at the front that can be used to brace the gun against barricades, eliminating the need for an aftermarket barricade stop rail accessory.
The KRYTAC rotary hop-up has 15 adjustment settings and a numbered adjustment wheel for a quick reference point to determine how much hop is needed.
At the rear of the LVOA is the KRYTAC adjustable battery stock, which features two different battery configurations; nunchuck style batteries can fit in the tubes or a small lithium polymer brick battery can fit at the rear of the stock in front of the buttpad.
A third battery option for the Trident CRB is a stick battery in the buffer tube. The stock also features two QD sling swivel divots as well as a loop for strap type sling attachments.
Includes a 350rd metal high capacity magazine.

Daniel Mooney (Friday, 19 May 2017) Rating: Purchased my Krytac LVOA from the guys here when they launched and had to say I so really impressed. rnrnIt's my first AR15 after going from a G&G F2000, Kriss Vector and now the LVOA. rnrnPRO's rn* It's a solid piece of kit with a mosfet.rn* Solid gearbox with ball bearing setup. rn* Quick change spring feature however may not be used my most. rn* It's based on M4 with a V2 gearbox so loads of mods available.rnrnrnCON's (very few but if I'm picky) rn* Krytac just slapped a weaker spring into this variant and you cannot use 11.1 lipos without over spinning so that can be a pain if you already have 11.1's rn* I do find my buffer tube nut gets a tad loose from time to time and needs to be tightened but I think this is just me needing to get a tube wrench.rnrnOVERALLrnWould buy again with no hesitation however I would consider a Krytac CRB if you play a lot of CQBrnrnSUGGESTIONS. rnSwapping out the Standard Hop for a flat unit to suit the reduced FPS of this variant better.
