A full scale 1:1 replica of US Ordnance's heavy machinegun, the M60. This is the short barreled version as utilised by the Navy Seals.
This Commando model has 20mm rails located on the sides and underside of the handguard for accessory attachment. It also comes bundled with a removable foregrip.
Although no-where near the same weight as the real steel (9.5kg!), this model from Ares still comes in a very hefty 4.55kg.
The frame of the gun is 75% metal, including the rear of the lower receiver, the front upper receiver, the entire barrel/flashhider/frontsight assembly, the rear iron sight and carry handle.
ABS parts include the forward handguard and pistol grip, hinged upper receiver cover, rear stock and foregrip.
The M60 comes with an integrated metal bipod which can be extended by a massive 15cm. It can also be folded backwards flush with the handguard.
This M60s real party trick is its electric 4000 round auto-winding magazine. No additional batteries are required, the magazine's power cable is built into the gun's main battery harness so both the gun and the magazine draw power from the same source. So no fiddling around with AAA batteries!
As soon as you pull the trigger, the magazine starts feeding BBs into the hop-up unit automatically and will continue to feed BBs as long as the trigger is held down.
Battery is housed inside the stock and can take any sized battery due to the large space inside. Note the harness has a small-type connector if you plan on using a large-type battery.

Gearbox features a quick release system for the main spring, allowing you to swap it out in 10 seconds flat.
